The 2022 American Music Awards (AMAs) included some incredible wins and a handful of memorable performances. The show was hosted at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The big moment of the night was for Taylor Swift, who won in all six categories for which she was nominated. The wins cemented her as the most decorated artist in AMAs history, with 40 career wins. Lionel Richie was honoured with the Icon Award for his career contributions to the music industry. Pink gave a heartfelt tribute to Olivia Newton-John with her performance.
