The 65th Amazon Filmfare Awards began on a high note at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium, Guwahati, Assam on February 15, 2020. Bollywood celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Vaani Kapoor, Urvashi Rautela, Varun Dhawan, Kartik Aaryan, Pooja Hegde, Mouni Roy, Ayushmann Khurrana with wife Tahira Kashyap and several others upped the style quotient at the red carpet. Handsome hunk Varun Dhawan looked dashing in a suit at the glittery night. Beautiful Ananya Panday added a pop of colour in a 'Khaali Peeli' outfit at the awards. The young starlet earned the nomination for her performance in ‘Student Of The Year 2’. Actress Taapsee Pannu looked stunning on the red carpet in a dramatic butterfly inspired gown. Actress Tara Sutaria looked glamorous in the sheer sequin ensemble, which she paired it up with dangling diamond earrings. Speaking about her excitement about attending the big awards show, the actress said, “I’m so happy and grateful to be here. Filmfare is so iconic!” The 65th Amazon Filmfare Awards, which were co-hosted by Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal, saw Bollywood celebrities including Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Ayushmann Khurrana, Madhuri Dixit and many others bringing the house down with their power-packed performances.
