Gorgeous beauty Denise Speelman was crowned as Miss Nederland 2020 at Studio 21, Hilversum on August 31, 2020. Denise Speelman will now represent the Netherlands in Miss Universe 2020. Miss Nederland 2020 Denise Speelman was crowned by the outgoing beauty queen Miss Nederland 2019 Sharon Pieksma. Denise Speelman bested nine other contestants to win the coveted national crown. Born and raised in Groningen, Denise Speelman won Miss Noord Nederland in 2014 and then moved to Amsterdam where she runs her own styling company. Last year, Miss Nederland 2019 Sharon Pieksma represented her country at Miss Universe 2019 but could not find a place in the Top 20.
