20 celebrities who have tested positive for coronavirus

The 'Shahenshah' of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan was tested positive for coronavirus on July 11, 2020 and was shifted to Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai for his treatment. Big B tweeted that he has been tested positive and urged all the people who were in contact with him over the past 10 days to get them checked. However, a statement has come out, which claims that he is stable with mild symptoms and is admitted in the isolation unit of the hospital. Mumbai has been worst hit in India by the virus, with around 90,000 cases.

Following Amitabh Bachchan's detection, Abhishek Bachchan has also been tested positive for coronavirus and has been admitted to Nanavati Hospital.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, a former Miss World, along with daughter Aaradhya, has also been tested positive for coronavirus following her husband Abhishek Bachchan and father in-law Amitabh Bachchan's detection. Our prayers are with the Bachchan family. May they recover soon!

Anupam Kher's family, including mother Dulhari, brother Raju, sister-in-law Rima and neice Vrinda have been tested positive for coronavirus. The actor’s mother has been shifted to an isolation ward and the rest of his family is under home quarantine. He thanked his fans and followers for their love and support in such a trying time.

Veteran actor Kiran Kumar was tested positive for coronavirus in May, 2020 and went under home quarantine. However, he has tested negative for coronavirus thrice since and has fully recovered from it now. He has urged people to be compassionate while dealing with COVID patients and advised his fans and followers to stay safe and not panic.
