On October 18, 2019, people around the country celebrated the festival of Karwa Chauth. Even Bollywood and TV industry couples celebrated this auspicious festival in the most beautiful way.
From Priyanka Chopra Jonas to Anushka Sharma celebrities decked up in their festive best to celebrate Karwa Chauth. B-Town couples like Virat Kohli-Anushka Sharma, Priyanka Chopra Jonas-Nick Jonas, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Jaya Bachchan, Sonali Bendre, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Raveena Tandon, Shahid Kapoor-Mira Rajput and others celebrated the festival and even took to social media to share their happiness and celebration. They shared some really beautiful pictures celebrating their special day. Several Bollywood celebrity couples attended the Karwa Chauth festival celebrations at Anil Kapoor's residence in Juhu, Mumbai. Anil Kapoor’s wife Sunita Kapoor hosted a Karwa Chauth pooja, which was attended by Raveena Tandon, Shilpa Shetty, Maheep Kapoor, Karuna Dhawan, and many others. Dressed in traditional attires, the celebrities arrived with their better half to celebrate the auspicious occasion. Sunita Kapoor even shared a group picture with her friends. Definitely a first I’ll always remember! 😂❤️🙏🏽 @nickjonas #karwachauth" Actor Ayushmann Khurrana plays role of a doting husband to wife Tahira Kashyap as he observed a fast for his beloved wife. Tahira, who has been undergoing treatment for breast cancer, is still on a recovery stage and was unable to fast for her hubby Ayushmann. Tahira posted an adorable video on Instagram with the caption, “Embarrassing you further @ayushmannk Our #karvachauth moment! While I am in Dubai for an event, my certainly better half keeps a fast for me on his set! (p.s I am still popping some pills so couldn’t fast) But how adorable are you Mr A !
