It is often believed that lawyers are boring, technical and aggressive. Naina Pachnanda however is just the opposite. Creative, stylish and compassionate is how we would define her. “ A lawyer with a soul” as she calls herself , graduated from one of the top law schools of India- the National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), Kolkata in 2014 and went on to pursue a career in litigation.

After litigating for a period of five years with a Senior Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and a top law firm of India, in 2019 she decided to quit litigation and join Invest India – the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency of India, where she works as a Senior Innovation Specialist.

In April 2021, her first book ‘A New India’ based on the schemes of the Government of India such as Make In India, Startup India, Aatmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan, and various others, in poetic form, was launched by Smriti Irani, India’s Minister for Women and Child Development.
