He says "Cricket is my passion and I want to keep playing. But my financial condition is not good enough to support my family. Playing deaf and mute cricket matches don't earn me much money.”

She took up the job of domestic help to continue her schooling. After finishing her job in the morning, she attends school. Later, in the evening, she spends time practicing in the stadium. "This girl has lost her parents. Her brother is doing a low paying job. She works at other people's home to survive," her coach Rajinder Singh said.
