Actor and character artiste MS Bhaskar's daughter Ishwarya's tied the knot with Akul at a posh hotel in Chennai. The wedding was followed by the reception, which was attended by Kollywood stars like Vijay Sethupathi, Arun Vijay, Bharath, Prasanna, Sneha, Kavin, Sarathkumar, Karunaas, T Rajendhar, Manobala and others, who arrived to bless the newly-weds. Ishwarya shared many pictures from the reception and wrote, “Akuishukalyanam ❤️ thank you all for the warm wishes and blessings .. so much positivity from the people I haven’t met ! We’ll forever be grateful for this ❤️🙏” Ishwarya got engaged to Akul in 2019. Earlier, they planned to tie the knot in the year 2020 but was delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Ishwarya, who had lent her voice for Rakul Preet in Suriya starrer 'NGK', is a frontline dubbing artiste. Akul is the son of businessman Sudhakar and his wife Seena.
