An evening of Greek music, songs and culture

The Embassy of Greece in India hosted the event 'Ukrainian Voices: the Greek Lament of Mariupol' in the framework of the Future Perfect Festival in Delhi. The participants, members from the Greek community of the Ukrainian city of Mariupol, Nina Plechak (representative), Liudmyla Dolher (singer) and Anatolii Bahdasar (accordionist), presented a cultural program showcasing the unique music, songs and culture of the Greek communities of the Ukrainian city of Mariupol, who have been living in the area of Mariupol and the Azov Sea, in the south-east of Ukraine, since the 18th century.
