Shree Raj Mahal Jewellers, Ustadgah and Dr. Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust paid tribute to Nirbhaya (also called Damini, by some, and it was by this name that Nirbhaya was referred to at this event) and the girl child. Salman Khurshid, minister of external affairs wrote the poetry on the incident for the album while it was sung by Zila.
