The three-day World Peace Music Festival titled ‘Surjahan’, was organised for the first time at art and culture hub, Jawahar Kala Kendra in Jaipur. 6 international bands performed at the festival. ‘Surjahan’ music festival is a collaboration among music bands from around the globe and the folk artistes of India to convey the message of togetherness and harmony through music. Bands charmed the audience with folk traditional and modern sounds charged with feminine energy and through their powerful and playful rhythms. Bands like Acapella girl band from Hungary, Bauls of Bengal, Coreyah band from South Korea and many others enthralled the audience with their beautiful performances. (All Photos: Shalini Maheshwari)
