Lucknowites ran with Milind Soman in this half marathon - The 5th Lucknow Half Marathon

The 5th Lucknow Half Marathon was a resounding success with over six thousand people participating in it. The marathon, which was divided into three categories of 5, 10 and 21 kms, was flagged off from the 1090 Women Power Line Chauraha at the crack of dawn by Home Guard Minister of Uttar Pradesh Chetan Chauhan and actor-model and a consistent marathoner Milind Soman. Abhishek Mishra, one of the organisers, explained the rules to the participants and looked after the arrangements. Mlind’s wife Ankita Konwar also joined him on stage, along with bureaucrats Anil Kumar and Lalita Pandey. (All Photos: Vishnu Jaiswal)
