Ace Bollywood fashion designer Manish Malhotra, who lost his father Suraj Malhotra on November 18, 2019, organised a prayer meet in his memory at a hotel in Mumbai on November 19, 2019. Manish’s friends from B-Town, relatives and nephew Punit Malhotra turned up to pay homage to the designer and his family. Bollywood celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Neetu Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Sonakshi Sinha, Anil Kapoor, Karan Johar, Huma Qureshi, Kriti Sanon, Ananya Panday and others attended the prayer meet of Suraj Malhotra. Manish Malhotra's father was not keeping well for a while and passed away at the age of 91 at his Bandra residence in Mumbai. Manish performed the last rites of his father at a Santacruz crematorium and several Bollywood celebrities attended the funeral to pay their last respects. Among the first ones from Manish’s industry friends to pay condolences were filmmaker Karan Johar, veteran actor Shabana Azmi and singer Sophie Choudry. (All Photos: Prashant Jadhav/Yogen Shah)
