Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor, who has been getting a lot of positive responses to his recently released mythological adventure film 'Brahmastra', marked his 40th birthday with a midnight party. The birthday boy hosted a party for family members and close friends at his MumbaiтАЩs residence. Bollywood celebrities including Ranbir's mother-actor Neetu Kapoor, filmmaker Karan Johar, director Ayan Mukerji, Alia Bhatt's sister Shaheen Bhatt and actor Aditya Roy Kapur among others attended the party. Filmmaker Luv Ranjan, his wife Alisha Vaid, film producer Aarti Shetty, filmmaker Rohit Dhawan with his wife Jaanvi Desai Dhawan and businessman Akash Ambani with his wife Shloka Mehta also graced the party with their attendance. Mom-to-be Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram and shared an inside picture from the party to wish husband Ranbir Kapoor on his 40th birthday. Alia posted a picture of Ranbir as he was seen posing against a wall that read, тАШCheers to forty yearsтАЩ. Along with the picture, Alia wrote, тАЬHappy 40 baby ЁЯТЫтЩ╛.тАЭ AliaтАЩs sister Shaheen Bhatt also took to social media to share a candid photo with the birthday boy. In the picture, Ranbir can be seen hugging his sister-in-law and kissing her on her forehead. Along with the picture, she wrote, тАЬBirthday boy! Love you always." Lovebirds Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, who were recently seen in тАШBrahmastraтАЩ, met on the sets of Ayan MukerjiтАЩs film and started dating each other. The couple got married on April 14 and announced their pregnancy in June. Ranbir is celebrating first birthday after his marriage with Alia Bhatt. Ranbir and Alia dated each other for almost five years before they married. On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in director Sandeep Reddy Vanga's next gangster drama film тАШAnimalтАЩ alongside Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol. Apart from that he also has director Luv Ranjan's next untitled romantic comedy film alongside Shraddha Kapoor, which is all set to hit the theatres on March 8, 2023.
