The opening ceremony of FTII's National Students` Film Award and Students` Film Festival of India, kicked off in the city with a bang. Members from the film fraternity and students were seen in large numbers to encourage the initiative put up by the students and faculty. DJ Narain, director of the institute, said, "It's a collective effort to recognise the talent behind the short films made by the students."
