JW Marriott Pune recently launched a first of its kind culinary book called Secret Recipes. The book has been compiled by Chef Ajmal Salim, executive chef of the hotel. It is a compilation of the most favourite dishes from each outlet of the hotel. The book was unveiled by Atul Chordia and celebrity food critique Kunal Vijaykar.
