DTFW: Joy Mitra

Designer Joy Mitra was always influenced by art and fashion. His interests led him to NIFT Kolkata to acquire a degree in fashion. On completion of his course, it did not take the young designer a long time to make a big splash within the industry. He worked with renowned filmmaker Rituporno Ghosh and even did a tribute fashion show honouring him. He has designed attires for beautiful ladies like Raima Sen, Konkona Sen, Sharmila Tagore, Manisha Koirala, to name a few. His brand is available within all stores selling premium fashion clothing or apparel. Joy defines his label as an amalgamation of elegance, style, and colours. He was a part of Delhi Times Fashion Week 2018 and the beautiful Chitrangada Singh showcased his work on the ramp.
