Rowdy Rathore: Akshay Kumar played the lead in the remake of the Telugu action film Vikramarkudu. In Hindi, the movie was titled Rowdy Rathore and Akshay played Ravi Teja's role and Sonakshi stepped into the role of Anushka Shetty. The movie was scene-to-scene copy of Tollywood movie Vikramarkudu.

Son of Sardaar - Remake of SS Rajamouli's Maryada Ramanna. In the remake, Ajay Devgn played the lead role opposite Sonakshi Sinha. The film is about a strapping sardaar who travels home (Punjab) from UK, to claim ancestral property; only to be welcomed by another family of sardaars who are age-old clan-dushmans. And the only escape is living-in with the enemy.
