Rajesh Khanna's name is synonyms for romance in Indian Cinema. The actor has several back to back hit films like Aaradhna, Saccha Jhootha, Roti, Daag, Haatji Mere Saathi to his credit. The chocolate boy of Bollywood rose to instant national fame and stardom with his film Aardhana. He was soon referred as the first ‘superstar of India’ by film critics. Before dying he prerecorded farewell message to be played after his death. Rajesh Khanna died aged 69 on July 18, 2012.

Dilip Kumar: The living legend Dilip Kumar who is considered as a ‘Bollywood thespian’ indeed is a fortuitous that when the Hindi cinema is celebrating the 100th year of its existence, the thespian also celebrated 90 years of his age recently. He is considered thespian as he was part of the cinema since 1944 and also known as a reference point for approaching the craft of acting. The Government of India honoured him with the Padma Bhushan and the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for his contributions towards Indian cinema and nominated him to Rajya Sabha
