In pics: Indian commandos display thrilling stunts at Defence Expo

The DefExpo-2020, which was being held in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, concluded with a positive note as twenty-three MoUs were signed with the state government. Addressing delegated during the closing ceremony, UP Chief Minister told that the government have received proposals for investment worth Rs. 50,000 crore. He told that the defence ministers of 40 countries and over 3,000 delegates from 70 nations attended the event. The main attraction of the expo was the thrilling stunts and drills conducted by Indian commandos. Indian Navy's elite commandos Marcos mesmerised the spectators with their assault, rescue and search operation in Gomti river. The Indian Navy also showcased their art of sailing and yachting. The expo was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in presence of Defence Ministers of several countries and CEOs and other officials of major international defence companies in Lucknow on February 5, 2020.
