The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to reconsider the bail plea of Subrata Roy, hours after it had ordered that the Sahara chief be sent back to jail. The court agreed to reconsider Sahara's plea for continuance of bail to Subrata Roy and two other directors after Sahara apologized unconditionally for the intemperate language used by its counsel Rajeev Dhavan.
