Pushing back at BJP over the politically sensitive case, party spokesman Randeep Surjewala said, "Unlike RSS, Sonia Gandhi or Rahul never intervened or gave any suggestion to the then home minister P Chidambaram or any other person or authority in the government on any administrative matter, including the Ishrat Jahan case."
