Former Punjab minister and Amritsar East legislator Navjot Singh Sidhu took to Twitter to voice his opinion in support of the ongoing intense protests against the Agriculture Bill passed in the Lok Sabha. Almost a year after his last post on Twitter, he said, "Farming is the soul of Punjab. Wounds on the body can heal but wounds of the soul will not be tolerated and condoned." He urged farmers to continue the agitation against the passage of the three agriculture bills in Parliament. "Sarkaarein tamaam umr yehi bhool karti hain, dhool unke chehre par thi aaeena saaf karti hain," he tweeted.
