How a Quarantine vacation on an Island in Maldives turned into the proposal of the season

Sejal Joshi and Vishal Jain had to quarantine in Maldives to reach Dubai from India for their business expansion in the UAE. While the two were traveling solely for business purposes, Vishal had other plans. The young couple, who were former school mates, later partnered in work and today they have built a series of businesses together. The two have been dating for more than three years and are now ready to tie the knot. “I saw her in school 10 years back for the first time and fell in love ever since. On this day, I was about to ask my school crush to marry me. It was a surreal moment when she said ‘Yes’”, says Vishal.

Vishal Jain and Sejal Joshi are now engaged. They are business partners and have co-founded Sunshy group of companies.

“I thought we are just making the most of a forced vacation by having a good time. I had absolutely no clue that Vishal had planned this. It was like a dream.” says Sejal.
