Qutub Minar: The foundation of the building was laid by Qutbuddin Aibak, the first Muslim leader of the Sultanate of Delhi, but it was finished by Iltutmish. It is the tallest building in the world made of brick. It is included in UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Bara Imambara: This is one of the historical heritage sites located in the town of Lucknow, the capital of the state of Uttar Pradesh. It was built by Asaf-ud-Daula in 1784 AD in memory of the martyrdom of Marhum Hussain Ali. This Imambara is built in the Iranian style.
