Indian cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues sings 'Aye Khuda' for her English county team

Jemimah Rodrigues is an Indian cricketer who plays for the women's national cricket team and also played for the Mumbai women's cricket team (Under-17). Recently, the 18-year-old has been gaining fans on the internet after a video went viral on social media. In the video, Jemimah is seen playing the guitar and singing songs for her English county team Yorkshire Diamonds during a road trip in England. Jemimah's teammates praised the young cricketer for her singing talent as she performed the Bollywood song 'Aye Khuda' from the film 'Pathshala', which stars Shahid Kapoor and Ayesha Takia, and Engish singer 'Ed Sheeran's 'Perfect'. Jemimah shared the video on Twitter and wrote, "Can't confirm or deny this "concert" right now, but here's a fun fact instead: The best part about singing Hindi songs for my team @YorksDiamonds is that no one even knows if I'm singing the correct lyrics or not hahaha 🤟🏻🌚" Jemimah made her debut at the Women's Twenty20 International cricket in 2018. Apart from winning several accolades including the 'Jagmohan Dalmiya Award For Best Domestic Junior Women's Cricketer', the all-rounder was named as the standout player after the conclusion of the Twenty20 tournament.
