Chasing 154 for victory, the IPL champions rode on a brilliant half century from Dwayne Smith 59 (38 balls, 7x4, 2x6) and an elegant 35 from Tendulkar. During the course of his knock, he became the 16th player and the first Asian to reach 50,000 runs in cricket. Sunil Narine was the star for T&T as he picked up 3-17 from 4 overs.
