Chasing a
153-run target, the home sidesuffered an early blow in the very first legal
ball as in-form opener Lendl Simmons had to depart for a duck. An in-swinger
from Zaheer Khan struck Simmons on the front pad as he failed to make contact
with the ball, making it easy for the umpire to raise his forefinger.
