While we're all aware of Indian cricketer Robin Uthappa, how many of us know his former tennis player wife Sheethal Gautham? After knowing each other for almost eight years, the Banglore based tennis player tied the knot with Robbin Uthappa in 2016. As per reports, he proposed to Sheetal on her 30th birthday and later shared the good news on social media with his fans and friends. The couple opted for a Christian wedding ceremony, which was attended by many Bollywood celebs including Elli Avram and Juhi Chawala. "As far as the wedding is concerned, I don't know why, but since I was a child, despite being born into a Hindu family, I always dreamt of wearing a gown for my wedding. So, I think that is finally going to happen, and I am excited about that," she said during an interview with TOI. Robin has often thanked his wife for supporting him through his career. Sheetal was an active tennis player from 2001 to 2010 and her coach was her own brother Arjun Gautham. Sheetal and the Kolkata Knight Riders' player often take to social media to share adorable pictures from their personal life. The couple welcomed a son named Neale Nolan in 2017. (Photos: Instagram)
