'Nazar' actress Sonyaa Ayodhya, who defended Rhea Chakraborty in the Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, was slammed on social media. Apparently, Sonyaa felt sorry the way Rhea was treated in Sushant's case. Talking to an entertainment portal, Sonyaa said that Rhea hasn't been given the benefit of doubt. She added that it was Sushant's sister, who was with the actor during the last week of his life and not Rhea. Sonyaa condemned the way Rhea was hounded by the media outside the Narcotics Control Bureau's office. She also said that the norm of social distancing was flouted outside the NCB building. Sonyaa added that the court will punish Rhea if she is the real culprit. However, Sonyaa's defence for Rhea did not go down well with the netizens, who trolled the actress on social media.
