On July 14, 2023, India launched the Chandrayaan-3 mission using the LVM3 M4 rocket, marking a significant milestone in space exploration.
Managed by ISTRAC/ISRO in Bengaluru, the spacecraft has been in excellent condition throughout its voyage.
A series of carefully planned orbit-raising operations modified the spacecraft's initial Earth orbit to a Moon-centric orbit by August 16.
On August 5, the mission successfully executed the Lunar Orbit Insertion, placing Chandrayaan-3 into its designated lunar orbit.
