Kavita Kaushik aka Chandra mukhi Chautala met with an accident while jet-skiing on a holiday in Thailand. The television actress, who is now recuperating in Mumbai, had gone on a holiday to Krabi with a group of friends. While jet-skiing on the ocean, a big wave sud denly toppled Kavita's jet ski. It flipped sideways, hitting her hard on the forehead.

“I fell off my jet ski and it landed on me. The nose of the ski banged my forehead and there was a deep gash. I kept going deeper into the water, with blood streaming down my face. Since my hand was strapped to the ski, I couldn't do much. As I was pulled to the surface, I could hear people screaming in terror. I was rushed to a hos pital and got six stitches on my forehead. I was in so much pain, I had no idea what was happening.“
